SHASI TUKDA WITH CHILLED CUSTARD

Ingredients

 15 minutes

  • 2 cups Milk
  • As required Triangle pieces cut in white bread
  • 1 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
  • Some chopped dryfruits
  • As required Tutti frutti for garnishing

Steps
Take a pan add milk and sugar. Boil it add custard powder and cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits and boil it 5 minutes. Let it chilled.


Take a pan add water and sugar. Make a sugar syrup. Let it cool down.


Bread slices deep in sugar syrup one by one then take a plate and add the chilled custard. Garnish for some dryfruits, tutti frutti.


Serve it cold.Enjoy the delicious recipe.
