  5. Add puree, crushed tomatos and cream of mushroom to large sauce pot. Heat pot on medium.
  6. Once the sauce starts to bubble, add sugar and garlic salt and/or black pepper to taste.
  7. Add neck bones and sausage to sauce. Stur frequently.
  8. Once sauce beings to boil, lower heat to low.
  9. Continue sturring periodically for 4 hours.
